CMS bespoke branded projects are based on the current structure unless agreed in advance as a bespoke structure as opposed to bespoke branding.

Any unpaid outstanding invoices could result in suspension of any customer related service supplied.

We reserve the right to cancel hosting at anytime giving fourteen days notice, unless cancelled or removed for reasons of abuse of service; any hosting that has not been removed or cancelled through abuse will be refunded within fourteen days for anything paid in advance.

Where clients cancel their hosting and require a copy of their website, we will provide this where possible, as long as it is not part of a proprietary system, or one that does not allow downloads. We do not in general charge to send a client a copy of their website, but copies of sites will not be sent whilst there is an outstanding balance on their account.

When a site is sent, we will temporarily keep a backup (where possible) for the site, and if we have not heard from the client to say there are any issues, we will delete our copy any time from the fourteenth day after sending.

It is a client’s responsibility to install the site copy on their new hosting.

Where site copies are requested, we will send these, where possible, within 30 days, as long as any outstanding balance has been paid.

Referral agreements can be cancelled at any time, along with any referred projects.

We take no responsibility whatsoever for any financial loss to the site owner or anyone using their website.

It is the domain holder’s responsibility to track bugs, downtime or any coding fault — all uptime, features and functions should be checked regularly by the domain holder.

All sales are final.

No refunds are given where part or full payments are made towards an agreed project.

All code remains our property, and must be hosted on our servers only, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

No access to code is given unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Full copyright of the features and functions of the front-end and back-end for each for all sites remains our property unless explicitly agreed in advance.

We take no responsibility for accuracy or legality of the website content — this is the responsibility of the domain holder.

Backups of sites on our servers are made regularly, but this is not guaranteed; domain holders should arrange with us in advance for individual backups prior to a live website launch. or when changes to their site have been made.

Due to the nature of the internet, millions of sites are hacked every day. Where a breach has occurred we would analyse the situation and provide a solution. No company can guarantee 100% that a site will never be breached, but we will always do our best to help a client rectify any breaches if they were to occur.

Where projects are cancelled before completion, the owners are still liable for the full agreed balance.

Where hosting is overdue and sites are suspended, a charge of £50 per site will be made to put each site live. If the site has been deleted or is scheduled for deletion, then a further £50 is charged. There is no guarantee that a deleted site can be restored from backups.

Hosting overdue for more than 14 days may result in total deletion of the site with no backup of content.

Hosting charges vary from year to year dependant on server costs and demand but we generally offer our best deals when accounts are settled in advance of the renewal date.

Hosted applications must be kept up-to-date with the latest security updates.

LMS hosting contracts not cancelled within contract time, will be liable for a £500 cancellation charge, plus a pro-rata usage at £19 per week.

Full payment is required before the release of a script (if release is agreed in advance) or before a site is set live.

We have no affiliation or connection with Google or any other search engine; we therefore make no guarantee whether or not sites get indexed or how high up they are ranked. SEO is undertaken at the risk of the client, where we take no responsibility for any lowering in rank, or removal from any search engine listing due to SEO we provide for a client.

Credit card payments are subject to a fee of 3.4% per transaction.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Where projects are agreed and only a deposit taken, the whole project total is still required, even if a project a cancelled by a client. A client can settle their remainder at any point during the project, but must project balances must be paid before a project is published live, or finished designs or code are released.

We reserve the right to change our terms without prior notice.

Email marketing packages have no guarantee on results, conversion, or inboxing etc. We take no responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from lead generation or mailings. Email marketing software solutions are provided strictly for use by the company to which the licence is granted, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
